STL File Use & Technical Support Policy
Before purchasing our STL files, please read the following important information:
* YOU NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT OR LOG IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT BEFORE YOU PURCHASE OUR DIGITAL DOWNLOAD PRODUCTS. *YOU NEED TO HAVE AN ACCOUNT TO BE ABLE TO ACCESS YOUR DIGITAL PRODUCTS.* If you don’t have an account the website can’t email you the download links and you won’t be able to access the files in the future.
• 3D Printing Knowledge Required
Our STL files are intended for customers who already have experience with 3D printing.
You must be familiar with:
- Using a 3D printer
- Slicing STL files
- Adjusting printer settings
- Generating G-code
We do not provide step-by-step guidance or technical support for these processes.
No Technical Support for Printing or Slicing
Due to the wide variety of 3D printers, slicers, filaments, and individual settings, we do not offer technical support or troubleshooting for:
- Slicer settings (Cura, Prusa, Simplify3D, etc.)
- Printer setup or calibration
- Print quality issues
- Filament selection or behavior
- G-code generation
- Printer problems
If you are new to 3D printing, we recommend learning your machine and software before purchasing STL files.
If you’re new to 3D printing, we recommend starting with online beginner tutorials for your machine before purchasing STL files.What We Do Support
We’re happy to help if:
- A file is missing or won’t download
- The STL file is corrupted or won’t open
- There is a design error in the file itself
(If something is wrong on our end, we’ll absolutely make it right). All of our files are tested prior to posting them on the website.
Print Results May Vary
Final print quality will depend on your:
- Printer model
- Slicer settings
- Filament type
- Calibration and experience level
Because of this, we cannot guarantee specific print results.
Digital Product Policy (No Refunds or Exchanges)
Due to the digital nature of STL and Digital Download files:
- All sales are final
- No refunds or exchanges
- Files cannot be returned once downloaded

File Access
Your files will be available for download after purchase. After your payment is complete, you will receive an email with a download link to your products. If you do not receive an email, you can always log into your account and download the images there. *You need to create an account or log in to your account prior to finalizing a purchase in order to access your digital download products. If you don’t have an account, the website can’t email you the images, and you won’t have access to them in the future.
If you lose your product files, you can re-download them from your account or contact us with your order details. Files will be available automatically in your account for download after purchase.
Are 3D printed cutters food safe?
Food safety depends on your printer, filament, nozzle, and finishing methods.
It is the customer’s responsibility to research and ensure safe use.
Sizing & Scaling
Files are provided at specific sizes, and we include STLs for all the sizes we have available for each cutter.
If you resize the STLs the cutter may not print correctly, they have been generated at specific sizes and settings for optimal quality. If you decide to try to resize the cutter, it is recommended that you make a copy of the original file and try resizing the copy. We do not recommend resizing.
